How are these backdrops hung?

Our drops are meant to be clamped to the top of a stand for easy access. However, we've had customers who've done some DIY magic and used Velcro, heavy duty tape or push pins into a wall to display their drops at their events / shoots.

 

PUSH PINS?! Isn't that going to ruin my drop?

Our drops have a 1/2" white border around the edges from our printers. Here is a good place to put any holes if need be. This is a "last resort" sort of solution though!

 

Do you have any sizes larger than 6' x 8'?

Unfortunately our printers do not have the capabilities to print much larger. The largest we can print on one side is 6ft. However, the other side can be (almost) any size you want! Check out our Custom Sizes listing on Etsy for more information.

 

I want to order a custom piece, roughly how long does it take?

Once a custom order has been placed it takes us about 1-2 business days to create a proof for you. Once a proof has been approved of it takes 2-3 business days for production and shipping time will vary based on your location. 

NOTE: We cannot send any custom pieces to print without an approval from the buyer.



What size does my image / logo have to be to be printed?

We ask that images / logos be 300 dpi and at least 3MB (or larger is fine). The image types we accept are: jpeg, pdf, png and eps or ai files (eps / ai recommended). "Outline" all typography, strokes, gradients etc. before sending an eps or ai file. Once an order has been placed we can provide an email to send your images to.  

 

How do you ship?

All drops are shipped rolled (never folded) in heavy duty cardboard shipping tubes that can double as storage! Our preferred shipping carriers are UPS and USPS.

 

When can I expect my drop(s) to be shipped?

All our drops are made in house and are printed at the time of order. Lead time for ready made images is 2-3 work days. If you need an item by a certain date please let us know.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot ship outside of the US. But it is something we hope to offer in the near future.

 

What is your return policy?

Because we print each drop as they are ordered, we cannot offer exchanges or returns. However, if your drop arrived looking as if it was damaged in the production process or en route we will gladly send you a new version of the same backdrop!
